Full design and construct for new buildings, additions and alterations.
Pre-buy inspection to determine building possibilities.
Pre-design consultation to determine building possibilities.
Occupation certificate report stating items to be addressed to apply for an occupation certificate.
Obtaining occupation certificate based on the report as noted above.
National building regulation report to determine current state of compliance.
Measuring of existing buildings and compiling as-build drawings.
Submitting drawings for council approval.
Obtaining previously approved plans from council.
Obtaining zoning certificate from council.
Preselling inspection for value increase suggestions.
Turnkey solutions for projects under R 3 000 000; design and construct by NHBRC approved contractors.
